However, most cleaning products are alkaline which over time can cause residue build-up on the tiles. Electrodry’s Tile and Grout Restorative Clean includes a unique additional cleaning step where an acidic solution successfully breaks down the residue and soap scum.

Electrodry’s industrial-strength vacuum effectively removes any loose debris.

Tile and Grout Pre-Treatment
An alkaline-based degreasing solution is applied and left on for up to 20 minutes to loosen up built-up soil, grease, contaminants and residues.

We use our tile cleaning machine to agitate the grout lines and tile surface with special surrogated brushes, ensuring that baseboards and edges are as clean as the middle of the floor. A specialised brush is used will agitate the grout lines and tile surface. This will release grime.
