This offer is subject to a maximum area of 44 square metres with 30cm square tiles. This offer is valid for a Deep Clean. The cost may vary for very heavily soiled tiles, smaller tiles or other issues that may affect the condition of the tile such as wax coatings.
The typical price per square metre is $9 to $11. A minimum fee of $350 applies. All quotes and demonstrations incur a $50 fee which is later on discounted from the total cleaning cost.

The minimum price for tile and grout cleaning service is $350 and the typical price per square metre is $9 to $11. All quotes and cleaning demonstrations shall incur a $50 fee that shall be deducted from the cleaning costs if you proceed with the quoted work or another Electrodry service.

As tile and grout cleaning experts, we know that due to tiles’ varying age, type and level of soiling. This is why we offer different options to suit what your floor needs.
Electrodry’s Deep Clean is what we recommend for the removal of grime, soiling and grease.
However, most cleaning products are alkaline and this leads to residue build-up on the tiles. We’ve introduced an optional additional cleaning step named the Restorative Clean. This includes the use of an acidic cleaning solution to break down residue from cleaning products and soap scum.

Bathroom tile and grout are known for being unsightly and notoriously difficult to get rid of. Electrodry’s Mould and Mildew Treatment treats unhealthy mould and mildew growth by including an additional step with our Restorative Cleaning process. The process utilises Chlorosan, an antimicrobial stain removal solution designed for mould affected tiles and grout.
Chlorosan does a phenomenal job of actively treating the mould to sanitise the mould affected area while treating stubborn mould stains.

Chlorosan is applied to the mould affected area of your tiles and grout, left to penetrate while it treats the active mould and removes the mould stains*.

The Chlorosan is flushed away, revealing freshened up and hygienic tiles.
*In the cases of heavy or long-term mould contamination, some faint mould stains may remain in the grout. Our mould treatment solution is likely to remove some but not all mould growing under the silicone in the shower or bathroom area.
