Steam cleaning is the generic name for a carpet cleaning system called hot water extraction cleaning. Your steam cleaner will inject between 20 and 50 litres of water per room into your carpet under high pressure and try to vacuum that water back out. While steam cleaning can be an effective, your carpet will take between 6 and 48 hours to dry depending on the weather and the amount of time your technician take to extract the water from your carpet.
Electrodry uses dry cleaning solutions in the cleaning process to break down the oily build up in your carpet and release the dirt. Your carpet will be “walk-on” dry when we finish the job and totally dry in an hour or 2.

Steve Fitzpatrick established the Electrodry Blue Mountains operation over 30 years ago, working from his office in Leura.
